Delivery was an issue
Delivery was an issue. Firstly tried to deliver the day before expected when I was out. Then took 5 days to get to a pick up location 30 minutes drive away. Will have to consider whether I order from Procook again.

No quibble next day replacement
When a bit of my chopper broke I was devastated. I contacted ProCook and they replaced the whole kit and caboodle - it arrived the next day. Brilliant.
If you don't have a "manual food chopper" get one now. Great for onions - easy to clean

Brilliant service
I ordered some picnic ware- it was delivered the next day but, despite being packed well, the salad bowl was broken in transit. The customer service team sorted this out the same day I contacted them and a new bowl was delivered the next day - brilliant service! The picnic ware is lovely quality too!
